But Is It Art?

Joe Carter has been presenting an ongoing series of posts on Christian spiritually expressed in art. Sometimes Christian dominionists have used art to promote their ideology of Christian state power, such as with this historically questionable painting of Jesus signing the Declaration of Independence:

Okay, that's clearly a Catholic Jesus. No way the foundinging fathers would have allowed that level of Papist influence. I think you created that picture yourself.
