Superficial Plaza Chick, it's a Biblical reference. John the Baptist ate locusts and wild honey while in the desert.
I wanted a Biblical name, and all of the good ones were already taken. My first choice was "Jumping Jehoshaphat" since Jehoshaphat is one of my favorite people from Biblical history.
