Nah, they're already doing enough damage as it is.

Isn't it called the PPR Committee?

i'd say it's incompatible with our doctrine, but most folks don't consider that anyways..

Maybe. As a Baptist, we prefer to call down the infinite power of God directly rather than rely on finite weapons.

Feh. Gavin and his "let's not nuke everyone" brand of extreme pacifism.

Yes. But God doesn't act on a push-button.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe we already have one. It's on page 352 of the BoD. But, don't check it, just take my word for it. Trust me. It's there.

It would certainly elevate the consequences of shooting onesself in the foot...

Just a smidgen.

There's an Episcopalian church immediately bordering ours. And they get much larger attendance than we do. If we had nukes, they wouldn't get sassy about it, 'cause then 'wham'!

Whadayathink?

The trick is containing the explosion, and fallout to their property line. Of course, if your's is like other old churches, the lead paint on the walls might do the trick!

I'll second what Jeff said.

You baptists and your 'holy spirit' thing. Sheesh. It's like you believe in God and stuff.

yes; then we could reing down the holy fire of God (that is, of science) upon all the enemies of God (that is, of us). And we could put our ICBM launchers at a secret underwater command base beneath lake Junaluska!

Shhh! They're supposed to be a secret.
