If there is a pictorial directory we certainly shouldn't be seeing Johnny's first grade picture when he is in High School in the most recent directory.
I have been to churchs that thought once a decade was quite timely, which I guess with the average UMC age being as old as it is might be fine in some churchs
every second year - with a page or two added for new and departed faces in the year in between
ofcourse WE don't have a directory at all :(
