The official Locusts & Honey fondue:
1 tb. dry mustard
2 tbs. water
2 tbs. butter
3 tbs. flour
1 t tp. pepper
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white zinfandel
2 cups diced cheese
Melt butter in double boiler. And flour and pepper and mix. Mix mustard and water and add. Mix milk and wine and slowly stir in until thick. Add diced cheese and stir until melted. Serves two.
