Excellence in Customer Service

...can be found at the InfoCommons (Library) at the Florida Campus of Asbury Theological Seminary. The network printer went down today after I had filled out an 8-page job application which was locked down from saving and could only print. Brad and Michael went to heroic efforts to find a way to get my document to print, eventually shutting down every computer in the library and directly connecting the network printer to my workstation. I've never done that for a customer, but Brad and Michael refused to let me lose my document. Great job, guys!
