Personally I would rather have a president with Tourette's Syndrome, you got to admit it would be interesting :)
Technically Spawn's dead, so is he really eligible for office?
Hmm. Well, Article 2 doesn't require that a President be alive. The 20th Amendment could only be used to disqualify Spawn if he died between his election and his inauguration, which obviously isn't an issue for him. And the 25th Amendment addresses the "death" of a President, which is an event, not a state of being. Spawn -- Al Simmons -- would have died before becoming President, so I don't think that this amendment could be used to disqualify him.
