I'm surprised the Obama campaign hasn't started using this heavily.
Or the McCain campaign, for that matter. Or everyone.
What I meant is that, as one of Obama's claims is that McCain is just another version of Bush -- "McSame," or "Bush's third term," or various bumper-sticker slogans like that -- the Who song would be a good fit for that attack.
Yes, it could be an effective theme for the Obama campaign. If memory serves, Bush tried to use it during the 2000 campaign, but couldn't secure permission.
