I read an interesting story concerning Pablo Picasso which is quite similar to this. It seems that he wanted a new dresser, so went to the local cabinet maker and described what he wanted. The woodworker said he wasn't sure that he had the picture, so asked Picasso to draw what he wanted. He did, and the cabinetmaker nodded in agreement. When Picasso inquired about the price, the craftsman said "Sign the sketch".
