This video is news footage from a NBC affiliate in Los Angeles. City Councilman Jim Ramsey brags that after the implementation of his policies, there has been no vampire sighting in the past seven years.
I'm pretty skeptical of government, but I gotta admit -- that's a good record to stand on.
