Here, you can watch the series finale of Joss Whedon's Dollhouse. It aired last night, and I watched it today. It was very, very good. Whedon had only a few episodes after receiving his cancellation notice to wrap up a complex storyline, and he pulled it off. The finale has great writing, acting, and directing, and the closing scene was quite tender.

WHY, FOX?! WHY!?! *Bursts into dramatic tears*
But you are correct, it was an excellent finale. I liked the concept of "tech-heads."
WHY, FOX?! WHY!?!
Because it was an intelligent, creative show, it had to go. Probably to be replaced with something else with the word "Dancing" in the title.
Whedon is the most misunderstood guy in sci-fi by the mainstream media. Everything he has ever done has resonated with the sci-fi community. I look forward to his next project.
I have not seen it yet, but plan to in the next few days. If you have a chance to see Epitaph One from the first season, check it out. Diffrent view if the end.

Yeah, I only learned about the first Epitaph yesterday. The first couple minutes of the finale were confusing because it seemed like I had missed an episode somewhere.
you did miss an episode. that one was great. it seems, since dollhouse was on the bubble season 1, whedon created a good series finally. with time in season 2, he was able to expand the story and create an awesome series finally. it is nice to know you are going off the air and actually be able to complete the arch. serenity tried to do that with firefly, but never quite got there.

I'll see if I can find it on the Internet.
It took me the entire series, but I finally figured out the relevance of Echo being named ECHO.
