It's only a matter of time for the Earth of Stargate: the universe is so full of overwhelmingly superior baddies!
How about TOS movies era Trek, as opposed to TNG or especially Dominion War era or the looming Borg threat. Just a bunch of growly Klingons safely distant from Earth and a Probe that comes giving us a few day s of "back to nature" purification. I'm hopping a transport to Delta! (Well, maybe the V'Ger thing would've sucked if it had succeeded)
I'd go for the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy universe. Don't need to be anything other than an utterly normal earthman to have a spankin' good time there.
That is a tough question, many of my favorites are at war or in political turmoil. Turtledove has a Cross Time series kind of like time police with multiple universes which might be interesting. Never stay in place for too long.
Several of your recent post remind me of a Piers Anthony universe. In his story Killobyte the world is equipped with video games with full body suits so that you can feel, hear, see, smell, even taste within the games. True virtual reality .

Rich -- that would be a good balance. I can understand the appeal of Delta, but remember their "no sex with humans" rule. Stick with Risa.
Mike -- I agree, that would be fun. I'd avoid getting thrown back to prehistoric Earth, but I'd like to shake the ratchet screwdriver tree.
bob -- I've glanced at the Crosstime Traffic series. There are all sorts of opportunities for profit in it.
I wouldn't mind hanging out on the Satellite of Love with Tom Servo and Crow, watching cheesy movies and coming up with crazy inventions.
Reaaally hard decision, but I think I'd have to go for the Firefly Universe, just seems like a goram blast.
Johnny Cat, that would be a great idea, and it didn't even occur to me to choose MST3K.
Nerdesque, I'd avoid any universe where the government is that totalitarian.
Ah, but John, you forget, the Deltan's "Oath of Celibacy" is only for Starfleet (from what I understand)
If you do to Delta as a tourist, when in Rome...
