Reader Mitch Lewis has e-mailed me to inform us about Noor, an Iraqi baby girl suffering from spinal bifida. Her grandmother has entrusted her to the care of the Georgia National Guard in the hopes that American medical facilities will be able to treat Noor's malady better than those available to her in Iraq.Noor is now in America, but her medical expenses are heavy.
