It's a difficult choice, but it would probably have to be Old Empire.
Free. More seriously, the amber from Capital Brewery here in Madison or ambergeddon from Ale Asylum - also brewed here in Madison.
Bass ale, of course, from a keg on tap, pumped up from the "man-cave" in my cellar, maintained at a proper pub temperature of 13 degs. C.

Do you promise me it won't change? Right now, that beer would be fresh Victory's Prima Pils. But it USED to be Tupper's Hop Pocket Pils, but that went away. Before that is was Magic Hat's Blind Faith (fresh...), but that beer is gone. Before that it was Patowmack Ale, but it too is gone.
See the dilema? It has to be fresh and it has to stick around for the rest of my life, unchanged.

Caffrey's Irish Ale. Our local distributor carried it for a couple of years and then stopped because one of the US big name brewers complained that it was cutting into the competition too much. Now I can't even buy it anywhere in Nebraska or Iowa.
