Pounding Feet, III

A few months ago, I ran six miles. I did it again today, but at 7 MPH instead of 6 MPH.

Next week, I'll increase the speed on the treadmill to 8 MPH and start over again at 2 miles.

I'm also making progress toward my goal of doing 100 push-ups in a single set. So far, I'm up to 64.

At 33, I'm in the best shape of my life.

Way to go. It's getting to the time of year where I will have to start working out in doors.

good thing too. That little girl is only going to get bigger, and expect you to heave her around like when she was only 15 pounds

Good job. I wish I had been that good about keep with 100 pushups or my cardio routine. At least now I know what exercises I have to do with my cardio to keep my knees from falling apart.

Nice work on the run - not only has your distance increased, but as has your speed! Way to go, John!

Thanks, everyone.

I figure that my little and I will probably be about even in eleven years. Then she'll be able to outrun me.
